Stretching Exercises for Posture and Fitness on DVD

(Penobscot Media Room, Inn at Dirigo Pines, 9 Alumni Dr., Orono) The sessions will include mobility and bone strengthening exercises for beginners. An exercise mat and something stretchy with resistance (even pantyhose) will be necessary for some of the exercises.
