The game being taught each session will change depending on who's willing to teach, and what folks want to learn. If you just feel like playing, you can do that too! Senior Yoga

(5/14 – 6/28, no classes Memorial Day) (Foster Room, New Balance Student Recreation Center, University of Maine, Hilltop Rd., Orono) Yoga enhances your flexibility, but flexibility is not required in order to begin. Clear instructions are given, no pressure to perform any pose beyond your present ability. Every class begins with a warm-up and concludes with a guided deep relaxation. Stretching Exercises for Posture and Fitness on DVD

(Penobscot Media Room, Inn at Dirigo Pines, 9 Alumni Dr., Orono) The sessions will include mobility and bone strengthening exercises for beginners. An exercise mat and something stretchy with resistance (even pantyhose) will be necessary for some of the exercises.
